Complete Care at Multi Medical Center in Towson, MD is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for direct care. We offer full-time and part-time roles, with PRN options for experienced nurses and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, health assessments, care planning, collaboration with physicians and therapists, family education, thorough documentation, and supervising LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Competenze

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

Mansioni

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data.
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork.
