Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care to residents in Towson, MD. Roles include administering medications, wound care, assessments, and collaborative care planning with a care team.

The position offers growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package. PRN positions available with relevant experience to support high-quality patient care.

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
