Complete Care Management in Maryland is seeking a dedicated RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to support residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. We offer full and part-time openings with shift differentials and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required.
• Background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation may be required.
• Clinical leadership skills and professionalism expected.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections).
• Treatments: wound care, pain management, dressings."
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments, track changes, analyze data.
• Clinical procedure: catheter/ostomy care and specimen collection.
• Care planning: create, update and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status and progress records.
• Team oversight: supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
