Complete Care at Severna Park is seeking an RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care for residents recently discharged from hospital or needing long-term therapy. You will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references per policy.
• Able to work with diverse residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork.
