Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans, maintain EMR documentation, and balance efficient scheduling with high-quality patient time. The position offers strong growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• A passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice care.
• Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your daily schedule.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits, documentation, meetings, and urgent needs.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home—including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests, we have various nursing opportunities available.
