Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care in patients' homes and facilities. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans and support families during difficult times.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home—including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests, we have various nursing opportunities available.
