Job summary

Stone Rehab and Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time overnight shifts in Massachusetts. The role involves delivering direct resident care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and adherence to care plans within an experienced long-term care setting.

Qualifications include MA RN licensure and CPR certifications (BLS/ACLS). English fluency and strong documentation in EHR are essential.

• Collaborate with care teams to update individual care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control standards and a safe environment for residents and staff.

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
