Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high quality care.
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans for all residents under your care.
• Render and assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders.
• Transcribe physician's orders promptly and accurately.
• Review patient records daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Document comprehensive nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate needs.
• Maintain awareness of residents on alert list.
• Document and report unusual findings; contact physician when necessary.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, an 186-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care.

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-notch care to our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Compensation: Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available! Weekly pay ranges from $42 to $47 per hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Openings, including an every other weekend rotation, include:

• 16 hours on 7 a-3 p
• 40 hours on 7 a-3 p
• 16 hours on 3 p-11 p
• 24 hours on 3 p-11 p
• 40 hours on 3 p-11 p
• 16 hours on 11 p-7 a
• 24 hours on 11 p-7 a

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
