Stone Rehab and Senior Living in Newton Upper Falls, MA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, administer medications, and monitor vital signs according to physician orders and care plans.

The role offers $42.00–$48.00/hour (based on experience) with Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN schedules and opportunities to contribute to a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN licensure.
• CPR certifications (BLS and ACLS).
• Strong clinical skills in nursing procedures and documentation in EHR.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and following care plans.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and toileting.
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and a clean environment.

Registered Nurse - RN | Stone Rehab and Senior Living

$42.00 - $48.00/hour, based on experience

Full‑Time | Part‑Time | PRN

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long‑term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
