Job summary

Stone Rehab and Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the day shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, full-time. Compensation is $21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, record changes, and provide basic patient care under licensed nurses, while promoting dignity, safety, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing with MA state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols and responding to call lights.
