Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license or ability to obtain.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate individualized nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
