Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, part of Athena Health Care Systems, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, and supervise nursing assistants to uphold care quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate resident records
• Follow physician's orders and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, including resident evaluations and care plans
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of resident conditions

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our residents. Pay Range:

Our competitive pay range is $42 to $47 per hour, depending on the shift, including the shift differentials. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials, and you'll receive weekly pay.

Job Responsibilities:
