Job summary

Premise Health, in partnership with Subaru of Indiana Automotive, seeks a Full-time Registered Nurse to care for employees and their dependents at the Health and Wellness Center in Lafayette, Indiana.

The role offers a 4x10 schedule with Wednesdays off, competitive pay, generous PTO and 10 paid holidays, and a collaborative team dedicated to meaningful patient care while maintaining infection control and accurate health records.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• Preferred BSN; strong clinical assessment skills.
• Minimum three years in ER, occupational health, or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations per scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians for further medical evaluation and care.
• Conduct and document tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care as needed.
• Maintain equipment, environment, and infection control practices.
• Keep accurate health records and educate patients on health promotion.

Premise Health is proud to partner with Subaru of Indiana Automotive, SIA and is seeking a Fulltime Registered Nurse. In this role you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health and Wellness Center located in Lafayette, IN.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
