Premise Health is partnering with Subaru of Indiana Automotive to deliver on-site health center leadership in Lafayette, IN. As a Full-Time Health Center Manager, an RN will lead a high-performing clinical team and serve as the trusted clinical partner to the client.

You will oversee daily operations, hiring, training, and performance management, while maintaining patient care and regulatory compliance. This role offers a structured schedule and opportunities for growth within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS or equivalent Basic Life Support training; ACLS may be required based on scope.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow for the health center.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocates time to patient care and clinical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow and utilization.
• Identifies process improvements and conducts root cause analysis.
• Acts as infection control lead and supports quality initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, compassionate nursing leader who knows how to lead a team, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional care.

• Emergency Room or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Strong interest in occupational health and workplace wellness
• Proven clinical leadership experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for injury prevention, employee health, and creating a safe workplace
• Ability to partner effectively with both clinical teams and client leadership

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
