Job summary

Premise Health operates an onsite health center in Lafayette, IN, delivering patient-centered care in partnership with Subaru of Indiana Automotive. The Health Center Manager, RN will lead daily operations, manage a high-performing clinical team, and partner with client leadership to enhance employee health and safety.

The role features a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with generous PTO and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current hands-on BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required; ACLS may be required based on contract.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure health center performance.
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocate time to patient care and clinical expertise as needed.
• Monitor patient flow, utilization and penetration.
• Identify process improvements and root-cause analysis opportunities.
• Serve as infection control lead and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies and engage with client representatives.
• Complete incident reports and assist with investigations.
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, compassionate nursing leader who knows how to lead a team, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional care.

• Emergency Room or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Strong interest in occupational health and workplace wellness
• Proven clinical leadership experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for injury prevention, employee health, and creating a safe workplace
• Ability to partner effectively with both clinical teams and client leadership

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff

• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 – 3 years of management experience
