Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to client employees and dependents at our Health Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The position is scheduled as full-time at 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with two days and later hours, allowing for a later start time.

The RN will assess patient needs, collaborate with physicians, perform tests, administer medications, maintain records, and educate patients on health promotion. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree; BSN preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Current BLS; ACLS may be required per contract.
• COHN/COHN-S or other occupational health certifications preferred.
• At least three years of RN experience in ER/occupational health/ambulatory care.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs and provides nursing evaluations.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed.
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide care to client employeesand their dependents in our Health Center located in Green Bay, WI.

This position will be scheduled as a full time position at 30 hours per week M-F. Will be 2 days with later hours, but will allow for a later start time.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
