Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI, is seeking a clinically competent, registered nurse to oversee a group of residents through the nursing process. The RN will plan, supervise, and evaluate care, coordinating with physicians to communicate patient status.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and high-quality resident care across shifts. The position requires an active Wisconsin RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Job Summary

A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementationand evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing. The RN plans,supervisesand evaluatescareof each patient/resident.The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.
