Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI is a 60-bed skilled nursing community seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to direct day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards so residents receive the highest quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of secondary education and at least two years of undergraduate studies.
• Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure quality resident care.
• Lead and supervise facility staff and schedules.

JOB SUMMARY
To direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and
local standards governing long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality
care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements; Or ability to obtain at Nursing Home Administrator License; At management discretion.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of secondary education and at least two years of undergraduate studies.
• Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience in supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly
• Thorough knowledge of OBRA regulations, the survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
• Knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, and the laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to nursing facility administration.
