Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Weekend Warrior shifts on site. The role involves coordinating nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with the health care team to ensure resident well-being.

The position requires an active Wisconsin RN license or eligibility for reciprocity, CPR certification, and strong English communication. Flexible scheduling and weekend options are offered within a supportive long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.

• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Job Summary:

A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementationand evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing. The RN plans,supervisesand evaluatescareof each patient/resident.The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

Compensation:

Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:

• Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)


• Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)


• PLUSshift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active RN licenseinstate of Wisconsin orlicensedin any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.(in good standing)


• CPR certified


• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements


• Must be English literate andpossessexcellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience


• Supervisory or leadership experience
