Job summary

United Methodist Communities' Collingswood Manor in Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our part-time evening shift team. You will provide professional nursing care in line with individualized care plans, monitor resident health, and support transitions with empathy and accuracy.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current and active NJ RN license.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and wellness through routine assessments and ongoing evaluation of individual needs.
• Deliver professional nursing services in alignment with individualized support plans and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resident transitions including admissions, room changes, and discharges while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records related to resident services, medication administration, and clinical observations.
• Participate in care conferences, assessments, and development/review of individualized resident plans.
• Partner with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team to support satisfaction and quality of life.
