Job summary

Collingswood Manor, a UMC community, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Collingswood, NJ. Earn $40.33–$50.33 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for Full-Time or Part-Time schedules.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience required, preferably in long-term care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and wellness through routine assessments, observations, and ongoing evaluation of individual needs.
• Deliver professional nursing services in alignment with individualized support plans, community standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resident transitions, including admissions, room changes, and discharges, while helping ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and current records related to resident services, medication administration, and clinical observations.
• Participate in care conferences, assessments, and the development and review of individualized resident plans.
• Partner with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident satisfaction, comfort, and overall quality of life.
