Job summary

Complete Care in Annapolis, MD is hiring an RN Registered Nurse to join our care team. This role offers full-time, part-time and PRN options with growth opportunities and a focus on high-quality resident care.

You will administer medications, perform treatment and assessments, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and staff to create personalized care plans. A Maryland RN license and at least one year of long-term care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within Maryland as an RN.
• 1 year experience as an RN in Long Term Care required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
