Complete Care is seeking an RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care to residents recently discharged from hospital or in long‑term care. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and coordinate with physicians and therapists across shifts with competitive wages and shift diff bonuses.

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
