Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes and care facilities. You will join an interdisciplinary team and develop individualized care plans.

We emphasize lower clinician caseloads, strong teamwork, and growth opportunities. Eligible candidates hold an active RN license in good standing and are proficient with EMR systems, with reliable transportation across the service area.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice care
• Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your daily schedule
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits, documentation, meetings, and urgent needs
• Comfort learning and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop patient-centered care plans.
• Maintain lower clinician caseloads to enable more time with patients and families, ensuring quality over quantity.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home—including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves.
