Job summary

Brighton Hospice in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes, SNF facilities, and assisted living communities. You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop personalized care plans and ensure high-quality care in a lower caseload setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
• A passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice care.

• Comfort learning and utilizing EMR systems.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home—including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests, we have various nursing opportunities available.
