Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital in Beachwood, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for full-time day and night shifts. The RN will manage admissions and transfers, perform comprehensive patient assessments, document in EPIC, interpret labs and telemetry, ensure accurate order transcription, and educate patients and families to support rehab goals.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or currently enrolled in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Full-time, Days and Nights Available

$36 - $48.44 per hour + $2 per hour for nights + $3 per hour for weekends

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 for days, and $18,000 for nights

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
