Job summary

Hillside Heights is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver compassionate patient care in our long-term care facility. You will work with a supportive nursing team to provide care, document observations, and coordinate with physicians and staff.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time RNs who start by July 31, 2026. Shifts are 12 hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with rotating weekends; wage range $36–$38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using state Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
