Job summary

Fundamental in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day or night shift, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires who start on or before October 31, 2026.

You will provide patient care, document observations, supervise nursing staff, and support care planning under state Nurse Practice Act guidelines. Must hold an RN license in good standing and have long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

Posted Salary Range

USD $34.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
