Job summary

Hillside Heights is seeking a licensed LVN to join our nursing team in a full-time role. You will deliver high-quality patient care, document observations, and collaborate with the nursing staff under state guidelines.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new, full-time LVNs who start by July 31, 2026, with a wage range of $30.50–$32.50 per hour. Rotating weekends, 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), and shift differentials are available. Apply today!

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.50 - USD $32.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.

• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
