Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our compassionate nursing team in Maryland. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires who start on or before December 1, 2026, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Under direct supervision and the Nurse Practice Act, you will deliver nursing care, collect patient data, document observations, and supervise other staff as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.

USD $33.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed
• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
