Job summary

Canton Oaks in Canton, Texas is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time positions with 6AM-6PM and 6PM-6AM shifts. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires who start on or before October 31, 2026.

The posted salary range is USD 32.00 - USD 34.00 per hour, with night shift differential. PRN options available.

Duties include delivering nursing care, data collection, supervising staff, and adhering to state Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range
