Job summary

Staffers is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the nursing team in Marshfield, WI. The RN will provide high-quality resident care, assess needs, develop care plans, and supervise CNAs and other staff as part of a collaborative care delivery model.

The role requires active bedside nursing, medication administration, accurate documentation, and effective communication with residents, families, and treatment teams. Shifts may vary, with open coverage 24/7 as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current RN license in the practicing state.
• Recent clinical experience in resident care or similar.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
• Continuing education credits in clinical subjects and management.
• Strong communication with staff, residents and families.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for required software.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care and supervise delivery of care alongside other nurses and CNAs.
• Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor and administer medications, report changes to the Nurse Manager on duty.
• Record accurate medical documentation and maintain resident records.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Promote safety, infection control, and ethical practices in daily operations.
• Supervise CNAs, coach staff, and support facility management goals.
