Job summary

Staffers is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the nursing team in delivering high quality resident care in Green Bay area facilities. The role involves supervising CNAs, assessing resident needs, and coordinating with physicians to ensure safe, effective care.

The RN will administer nursing care, develop and evaluate care plans, and maintain compliance with infection control and safety guidelines while supporting families and residents with compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current RN license to practice.
• Recent clinical experience or specialty skills for population served.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations governing facility practices.
• Knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
• Ongoing pursuit of continuing education credits in clinical subjects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care and participate in delivery of care.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans with the nursing team.
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel to ensure quality resident care.
• Administer medications and report discrepancies to the Nurse Manager.
• Liaise with physicians and other health professionals involved in care.
