Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Recent clinical experience and familiarity with resident care in a facility setting.
• Understanding of infection control principles and continuing education activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care and support alongside the nursing team.
• Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report significant changes to the Nurse Manager.
• Follow facility policies to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
