• Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care services and maintain positive interactions with residents and staff.
• Resolve residents’ issues and concerns to create outstanding experiences for customers (residents, families, vendors, employees).
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care planning.
• Administer and document medications, reporting discrepancies to the Nurse Manager.
• Follow facility policies to ensure a safe, clean environment and timely responses to call lights.
