• Advocate for patient needs by coordinating between physicians, therapists, and specialists for a unified approach to treatment.
• Execute clinical orders with precision and translate medical instructions into compassionate hands-on care for high-acuity patients.
• Assess discharge readiness and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patients and families with tools for a successful recovery.

• Advocate for patient needs by serving as the central coordinator between physicians, therapists, and specialists, ensuring a unified and high-quality approach to treatment.
• Execute clinical orders with precision and foresight, translating medical instructions into compassionate, hands-on care for patients with high-acuity needs.
• Facilitate a confident transition home by assessing discharge readiness and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide patients and families with the tools they need for a successful recovery.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
