VillageMD in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support patients and ensure a positive visit experience. You will welcome patients, prepare exam rooms, and clearly communicate required information for each appointment and service.

Responsibilities include administering PO, IM, and ID medications as directed, performing point‑of‑care lab tests and EKGs, phlebotomy, vitals collection, and patient education on medications and diets.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of experience preferred in primary care, family practice, urgent care, or ER.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred; BLS certification preferred (within 90 days).

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes and prepares patients for their appointment and provides necessary information.
• Prepare and administer vaccines and medications as directed.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and dressing changes.
• Record vital signs, histories, and screenings.
• Educate patients on medications and diet; authorize refills as directed.
• Prepare rooms and staff for examinations; maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Conduct quality controls and routine equipment checks.
