Zusammenfassung

VillageMD seeks a healthcare professional to assist physicians and staff with daily patient care coordination. You will act as a critical liaison between patients, staff, and physicians, ensuring efficient flow and accurate documentation in the EHR.

The role requires nursing licensure in New Jersey, BLS, and oncology/infusion experience; training is available for qualified candidates. This position is on-site in New Jersey within a physician-led care network.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification required.
• 0 – 1 years experience.
• 2-4 years experience preferred.
• Oncology experience with certification or eligible to obtain.
• Infusion experience / proficiency with IV and venous access devices desirable.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Assist the physician and staff with daily coordination of patient care.
• Function as liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
• Maintains efficient patient flow.
• Delivers direct patient care within licensure and policy.
• Collects lab specimens and labels them accurately.
• Obtain vital signs and document in EHR.
• Administer injections and document in EHR.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Adhere to safety precautions and manage medication lists.
