Job summary

Endoscopy Center of Southern California in Santa Monica is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for Pre-Op and Post-Op care. The RN will provide continuous, high-quality nursing care, support patients through anesthesia recovery, and assist with sedation and sterile technique in the procedure rooms.

Starting pay ranges from $37.00 to $57.00 per hour, depending on experience, with 20–29 hours per week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, holidays, and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS certified by AHA.
• 2+ years PACU or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Strong nursing judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.

Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge

Starting Pay Range: $37.00 - $57.00/hour depending on experience

Part time hours required 20 - 29 hours per week

Required Skills:

Qualifications
