Job summary

YAI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide person-centered nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and others in New York City programs. Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York.
• Experience with I/DD populations preferred.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains plans of nursing care and related plans.
• Assesss conditions, sets goals, and evaluates progress.
• Triages calls and advises appropriate actions.
