Job summary

Incredible Health in Wildomar, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse for PCU/Stepdown. The role focuses on medium to high acuity patients, with night shifts and multiple job types (full-time, part-time, per diem). You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to administer medications, monitor vitals, and educate families.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least 1 year in stepdown or similar units, with proficiency in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium-high acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medium to high acuity patients with vigilant vital sign and IV drip monitoring.
• Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers to ensure optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and device use (BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen).
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policies.
