Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care/Stepdown unit in Highlands Ranch, CO. Shifts include day and night; roles available full-time and part-time. Requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and strong hemodynamic skills.

Experience in stepdown, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium-high acuity settings preferred. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium-high acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation; proficient in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with close monitoring of vital signs and IVs.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and monitors.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation and other advanced nursing care practices
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

• Provide specialized care for patients with medium to high acuity needs, closely monitoring vital signs, IV drips and other key indicators
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans, ensuring that medical orders are carried out accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families on the management of their acute or chronic conditions, including the proper use of equipment like BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and vital sign or blood sugar monitors
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and regulations

Salary: $62,030 to $101,550 /year
