Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Texas (or compact state) and BLS certification.
• BSN degree preferred; ADN accepted with licensure.
• Must maintain current certifications per unit needs (ARC/AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care and leadership to the nursing team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to resolve patient care concerns and ensure service excellence.
