Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Texas or a compact state.
• New graduate RNs may provide documentation from their RN program to validate completion.
• Maintain BLS and unit-specific certifications per ARC/AHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgical procedures.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision; coordinate with hospital staff.
• May work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights or on-call as needed.
