Qualifications

• 1. Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• 2. Must adhere to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• 3. Must have and maintain BLS.
• 4. Must have and maintain required certifications per ARC/AHA healthcare provider program.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and philosophy.
• Lead and support nursing staff under supervision.
• Assess, plan, guide, and evaluate care for patients.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and ancillary departments; resolve concerns and conflicts.
• May work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, or on-call when needed.
