Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Pain Management department at the Wauwatosa Ambulatory Center. Location: Wauwatosa, WI; Schedule: Day Shift, Full-Time. You will implement and monitor patient care plans and coordinate care across disciplines.

You’ll need a BLS certification within 30 days and RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. A nursing diploma is required.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
