Job summary

Ascension in Milwaukee area seeks a RN leader in Perioperative, Pain and Wound Management. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, improving patient care delivery, and directing staff development.

You will monitor budgets, hire and train team members, and implement policies to support efficient health services. Ideal candidates have RN licensure in Wisconsin, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of experience with cumulative leadership.

Qualifications

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
