Job summary

Franciscan Health Crown Point is seeking an RN for operating room responsibilities in Crown Point, IN. The role emphasizes developing and executing patient care plans, with on-call duties within 30 minutes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree (BSN preferred) and an active RN license. Prior OR experience is required, and the position is a 1.0 FTE daytime role within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experienced Nurses Required - Operating Room Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient.
• Assess, reassess, and evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
