Job summary

Franciscan Alliance, Inc. is seeking a part-time Night RN in Crawfordsville, IN to provide patient-centered care in a 5-bed ICU unit. Responsibilities include developing a care plan, assessing patients, and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and unit-specific certifications; ACLS may be required depending on unit needs. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3–5 years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of education as Diploma in Nursing plus 3–5 years acute care experience (per unit).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care.
• Assess and reassess patient condition and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

Required Associate's Degree Nursing/Patient Care

Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care

5 years if education is Diploma in Nursing must have active RN license and recent 3-5 years acute care experience Required

Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice

Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit

Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit
