Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care on the operating suite. The role emphasizes assessment, planning and collaboration with the care team across ortho/spine, vascular/open heart, laparoscopies, robotic hysterectomies, and spinal fusion cases.

We offer a sign-on bonus, a minimum start pay of $34 per hour, and opportunities for professional development in a faith-based, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care.
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
• ACLS - American Heart Association (Required if required by unit).
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit.
• PALS - American Heart Association (Required if required by unit).
• NRP - The American Academy of Pediatrics (Required if required by unit).

QUALIFICATIONS
